Cross-Cultural Training

Moving to and living in Switzerland is not only about learning a new language but more importantly it is about discovering the nuances of a country’s culture for creating relations, whether everyday or professional.

A simple gesture in one country can be badly perceived by another culture and have irreparable repercussions in a business context, i.e. commercial negotiation.
Cross-cultural training also gives the opportunity to deal with other topics of daily life such as school vacations, store opening and closing hours, the health system…

Special training sessions can also be organized to help employees understand the culture of their business partners coming from a different country following a buyout, merger or expansion.
