Head of Sales Business Development

In a context where the digital revolution is at the heart of the development of language learning for adults, our company is strengthening its sales team in order to consolidate its activities with existing clients and to acquire new potential, particularly through Digital Learning.

As a field specialist example the Head of Sales & Business Development is responsible for selling Supercomm's training programms, overseeing all sales activities, managing/mentoring the sales teams and organising business development :

70 % - Generating new businesses :

  • Negotiating sales contracts with customers and ensuring their profitability.
  • Devising strategies for driving sales growth across the business.
  • Forming strategic partnerships with other companies to leverage their existing networks.
  • Networking and working closely with Supercomm's Business Developers to generate new businesses.
  • Acting as a key contact for large customer accounts.
  • Monitoring customer satisfaction to ensure service delivery.
  • Identifying key areas for sales process improvement.
  • Attending industry events and conferences to generate new business leads.

20 % - Team management & Business Development process :

  • Overseeing the day to day management of the business development team.
  • Motivating the sales team to achieve the best results possible.
  • Setting tough but achievable revenue targets for the business development advisers and Key Account Managers
  • Setting targets for new business development, implementing new business initiatives across the sales teams.
  • Attending key meetings with all the sales team.
  • Continual coaching and mentoring the sales department.
  • Working on account management plans with the Key account managers.

10 % - Digital Media support

  • Working closely with the digital media specialist in order to facilitate the fied of new business teams.

  • Professional sales training would be a strong advantage.
