Our dedicated teams
As for any project with an expectation of return on investment, the company programme is built around 3 key elements (assessment of needs, setting up of training programmes, monitoring of courses). To achieve this several essential players are called upon:
The Account Manager is the project head. His/her role is to advise the company partner concerning the ideal number of participants in each group, knowing that to increase their number will have a significant adverse effect on the level of success (reduced time for speaking, dilution of objectives, catching up for absentees, etc).
The Pedagogical Manager organizes the programmes, maintaining contact as necessary with department heads of the company, in order to approve with them the content of these programmes before they start. He/she monitors the progress of the student throughout the pedagogical process, dialoguing with the assigned teachers, carrying out quality controls and reporting the progress status.
The Testing Manager: each learner who is not a beginner completes an initial written test, followed by a 20 minute oral test, which together enable us to better assess his/her level.
The HR Department of Supercomm recruits the trainers and follows their training, managing additional training needs, administration, etc.

On-line monitoring of language programmes
Already in 2009, SUPERCOMM created ISKRANET, the first complete system of on-line monitoring of programmes, targeting Human Resources teams as well as learners: each experienced trainer has a communicating notebook (Wi-Fi or 3G card), enabling him/her to send instantaneously to one of our servers all details of the lesson given, making them available to HR and learners alike.
HR portal:
ISKRANET indicates presences/absences of learners, the evaluation of the programme by trainers as well as the evaluation of the trainers’ performance by the students, the financial balance of active programmes, etc.
Although these reports are available in EXCEL format, Supercomm can, on request, personalize course reports, greatly simplifying the work of Human Resources departments.

Thanks to ISKRANET, learners can move their lessons, choose another trainer, consult their planning details, view the progression of their programme during periods of absence, consult exercises to be done, etc.
