The policy of the Human Resources team

All Supercom trainers are recruited on a fixed contract and receive the latest technical equipment to enable them to carry out their teaching mission in the best possible way.  As soon as they join Supercomm, they receive specific training which is supplemented each year by continuous training sessions, in order to update their knowledge in several areas.  All our trainers are certified FSEA (Fédération Suisse pour la Formation Continue) or are in the process of gaining their certification.

Do you wish to teach adults in varied, professional and international environments, with a flexible timetable, supported by a team competent in pedagogical matters?

The profiles we are seeking are :

• Mother tongue or perfectly bilingual
• Holder of a diploma and/or a university degree and/or benefiting from several years of professional experience
• Holder of FSEA certificate (or equivalent FLE, CAMBRIDGE CELTA, TEFL, SVEB…) or willing to obtain it during the three coming years
• Having excellent interpersonal skills and enjoying contact with people
• Organised, creative and dynamic
• Available to carry out a minimum 10 hours of teaching per week
• Residing in Switzerland or a frontier worker
• Ready to travel
