Business Developer
(Zug)

Mission

As Business Developer, you will meet with some of the largest companies in central Switzerland, assisting them in finding long-term language solutions. With 4 languages spoken, Switzerland is a market in constant evolution. At the forefront of innovation, Supercomm has carved out a leading position for itself with companies for the quality of its training programs, its service and its great responsiveness.

Task description

  • Building a prospection database: analysing, identifying and targeting potential customers

  • Prospecting in the field as well as by telephone

  • Advising your clients in the search of innovative language solutions

  • Managing your own meetings, networking, Chambers of Commerce, etc.

  • Working closely with our teaching department

  • Organising events, afterworks, business breakfasts

Your profile

  • Entrepreneurial spirit & initiative

  • Good telephone skills, rigor, networking, reactivity, autonomy, sense of customer service

  • Federal Diploma of Vocational Education & Training or University degree, ideally in the field of hospitality, sales or marketing

  • German and English, French an asset
